Heart failure is one of the leading causes of recurrent hospitalization, reduced life expectancy and diminished quality of life in the world. However, these can be greatly improved with appropriate lifestyle adjustments and medical treatment. HF Buddy aims to empower the heart failure patient with the knowledge and tools to improve the overall understanding of the condition, and to better manage his/her heart failure.
